“Time to pretend”, il nuovo singolo di Giulia Jean
Dopo il successo di “Bis”, primo singolo d’esordio, Giulia Di Tommasi – in arte Giulia Jean – torna con “Time to pretend”. Uscito il 20 marzo, l’ultimo singolo della giovane cantautrice rosolinese vanta la collaborazione di due artisti di Messina, membri della Crew Reggae Boodaci’s: il rapper Jareed, e il producer Federico Farina, in arte Rico. Di origine sicule è anche Alessandro Carlozzo, che ha diretto il video del singolo, girato nel Montello nei pressi di Treviso. Il brano – che a livello musicale si mantiene nell’area hip hop/rnb con chiare contaminazioni soul -, parla «del tempo, del non affannarsi nel programmare ogni istante della propria vita -ci spiega Giulia- una sorta di “vivi l’attimo”. Il “beat” del singolo è volutamente “scarno”, la semplicità è alla base di tutto, una semplicità che emerge anche nel videoclip, un bianco e nero senza pretese.»
